Would have been a great deal if the graphics card was better.

Clearly you don't know anything about the Intel Arc Graphics that's in this.
Uh you mean like its not as good as 780M in Ryzen 7 8840HS? (Which is also a better processor, and cheaper?)

Just an FYI the chip came out last year. Even if the pics say "copilot key", that just means the keyboard has a dedicated key for copilot shortcuts, not that can take full advantage of the ai enhanced suite of copilot tools like the snapdragon elite.

Specs wise the ram is a bit on the low side or at best imbalanced considering all the processor cores this chip has (6+8+2) and as far as I can see on the asus' site and other 3rd party sites, the max memory is 16GB, which means it is soldered on with no expansion slots. as far as I know LPDDR5(x) memory must be soldered on and do not come in traditional sodimms

Just tried it using Chrome browser. Still working on my end. Perhaps try a different browser.

Arc isn't supported by Adobe and crashes their apps constantly.

What other 16" laptop with a 3K OLED 120Hz display and an Ultra 9 CPU is $800?

It's a great deal.

It's a good deal for less graphic-intense tasks, but not a great deal for video editing or playing graphic-intense games. IMO

It's not that it's not a great deal...it the WRONG laptop for those tasks. Look at laptops with discrete GPU's.

Adobe apps crash constantly regardless of the GPU. Over-priced junk.

If their apps crash on Arc GPU, sounds more like an Adobe problem not fixing their apps. Arc is a mainstream modern GPU.

The Arc Graphics is comparable to the 780M now, beating it in some benchmarks while losing in some other, that too by a small margin.
Maybe try watching some videos and having some actual knowledge. Here are some videos:
1. Dave2D [youtube.com] - 2:30 timestamp
2. Jarrod'sTech [youtube.com] - 7:14 timestamp
3. Linus Tech Tips [youtube.com] - 1:17 timestamp

No one would intend on playing graphic-intense games with an iGPU. You're contradicting your own comment about the 780M, that can't play graphic-intense games either.
