It's a pretty solid laptop, great for general usage and schoolwork. Might have to upgrade the storage space and/or RAM in the future, but that's pretty inexpensive and simple to do.

I think so. it will handle all basic school functions as well as youtube a very light gaming no sweat. I doubled the ram for only $18 and 5 minutes of my time. Would recommend for a budget friendly laptop especially for a highschooler. Mine is my front desk reception pc connected to a 24in monitor and I have no complaints for the price.
