I'm thinking of picking one up but there are so few reviews of it. Great specs though.

Update 1: Just went to the store and picked up an excellent open box one and the tag in store is $1199! instead of $1472. Awesome deal!!

Update 2: The laptop looks brand spanking new and still all wrapped up. The screen is so freaking beautiful. I can't tell the difference between this and the G16 OLED. The colors are absolutely amazing. As for the speakers, wth, I thought the speakers in the G14 and G16 are the best in a Windows laptop and are the only ones that rival the MacBook Pro, but Jesus, these actually sound better than the G16 lol! So far this thing flies with 32GB ram. The laptop is thin and very nice design but heavier than the G16. I will make another update of the actual gaming performance.

Update 3: Games ran perfectly! Temp never goes past 80C. Fans are also pretty good and don't sound like a jet engine.

Overall, a great deal if you can get it at around $1,200 for a 32gb ram, a beautiful mini led screen, nice design, good warranty from Lenovo and a 100w 4060.

The link appears to take you to the non-MINI Led one @ 1400, fwiw. It does for me at least.

Never mind, someone already mentioned the $200 less model.

I bought this model a couple months ago. I really like the laptop but the yoga moniker is misleading as it isn't a 2 in 1. It's also a creator laptop with touchscreen that seemingly doesn't have any real pen support. I don't draw so that wasn't a deal killer for me. Battery life isn't going to win any awards with a 4060 in there either. Lastly it's soldered ram (as the good Dr. listed) but with 32gb I was fine there too. I knew everything but the pen support going in and I'd happily buy it again. I use it for teaching, light video editing with a little blender use, and occasionally some games too. That screen is quite nice too. Hope that gives a bit of insight.

Actually now a days, Lenovo uses the "Yoga" to represents their premium laptops, not just the 2in-1. They started it couple of years back, outside USA. In USA, they were still saying these Clamshell premium Laptops as Lenovo Slim. But from this year, they started using the "Yoga" name.

The only problem with this laptop is mediocre battery life despite a reasonably large battery capacity. Other than that it's value foe money for such beast of a machine.

I think 1 usbc is an unexpected blah … but hubs exist just odd since slim should have meant all usbc like MacBook dongle fever

I hope this Lenovo yoga laptop works well for you! A few yrs ago I bought the same deal (older model tho) from BB and it was open box also. Craziest thing is within 9 months or so my yoga laptop just DIED. Couldn't charge it or anything. So infuriating. I see deals like this and want to purchase another one but NO WAY do I want to have that happen to me again. Best wishes for your laptop!! I LOVED mine, also. 😊

$1,200 is very slick for this machine. Consider an extended warranty for the open box.

Edit: just realized this is not OLED. At least it's mini LED though which is a great middle ground. Did see a 14" OLED w/ pen on BB in Cosmic Blue, but meh.

Awesome find. Thank OP!

New or open box, this looks like a hot deal on a very thin & light OLED laptop that can still game decently (or quite well if you play less demanding games). VERY tempting mmmm.

Question: does it have an IGP & Optimus to extend battery life?

I've been waiting to see how at least some of Battlemage, rtx 50 series, PlayStation 5 Pro, and Switch 2 pan out before buying new gaming hardware, but some of these OLED laptop deals are finally starting to look good enough to buy now. 32GB ddr5? Check. At least 1TB ssd? Yes. Good build quality, thermals, and noise? Bingo. I'll have to reread some hands-on reviews but this Yoga doesn't seem too skimpy nor overpriced.

After seeing the preview of the new and long-overdue Intel chips, I'll may continue waiting till BF or even 2025 to play it safe, but that open box deal feels too good to pass up.

Link btw - for a hands-on take of Intel's new competitor to Apple's m3/m4 and Qualcomm/Windows ARM initiative.

I love this laptop, pulled the trigger on the 2023 version with the 4050 at 1k refurb on bestbuy but ended up returning it, hearing about the mediocre battery life really brings down this deal.

Are you able to compare it to the g16 and pay particular note to the reflections on the screen?

The g16 is shockingly anti-reflective, I've never seen that before in a glossy laptop.

The screen on this thing is more reflective comparing to the G16.
