I have purchased these "Like New" Anker chargers for years and they are just returns in new condition -- often still sealed. Anker Direct via Amazon always has them in stock and the price is usually no more than 10% cheaper than new, but they've dropped it significantly.
For my money this is the best multi-purpose compact fast charger available for most laptops and phones.
