That is expected at this price. "Buried deep" seems a bit dramatic. I see "480 MB/s" all over the place.

WAY better. Anker is a high quality, well-established brand. Lisen is essentially a generic, crap brand. I honestly wouldn't trust those cables with any of my devices. If the cable has an issue and there's a short, it can instantly destroy your device.
