Yeah, I'm wondering the same

Price-wise it's Slick, but if it's a POS then it's a POS. A savings isn't a savings if it's a POS.

Here is the other recent thread on this same item that has some discussion: https://slickdeals.net/f/17760459-porter-cable-18-gauge-pneumatic-brad-nailer-29-free-shipping?src=frontpage

Edit: Someone in that thread mentions a comparable harbor freight thats a nailer/stapler, its on clearance but in store only, here that is for comparison: https://www.harborfreight.com/18-...64269.html

Someone in the reviews gave it a low rating because they said it lacks a depth adjustment. Anyone know if that is correct?

Mine just started jamming after 6 yrs, but I'm not a professional user. Great for small jobs around the house tho. Keep it lubed.

I just bought this, cheaper/easier than rebuilding the one I have. I'll save my old one for parts.

This site [woodmagazine.com] did testing of multiple nailers, including this PC one, and the PC nailer did not sink the brad as well as others. Frown

Only thing I don't like about the nailer / stapler is that oftentimes if you're trying to nail something the air will still press a staple indentation into the wood

Looks like an adjustment dial in the middle photo.
