Says shipped with cool packs which is a nice feature -- amazon always suspends my Dove chocolates subscriptions during the summer because of potential for melting.

I love the cool packs. Put in my freezer and then into my insulated grocery bags when I go shopping, since I am an hour away from a costco and half-hour from any grocery store. Great price and free ice packs! One for me and one for grandkids!
