I use this with an openWRT router and the various $25 unlimited data 30 day SIM cards from Amazon. Great if you're perpetually traveling in a camper. The internal antennas are fine, external antennas are not included, but depending on your area you may need them. They're like $5 for a two pack anyway.

Does not support carrier lte aggregation if that's important to you.
