How many ppl shopping for a megalarge TV actually would use a random free 40"?

I'm sure 100% of those people would rather have the cash equivalent

exactly; and the 40" is only 1080p - can't even use as a monitor

The free 40" would still make a great Christmas gift for a bedroom TV.

I can sell a new 40" TV in marketplace for maybe $200. I'll just walk mount it outside on a wheels rack.

Also it's only 60Hz refresh rate.

I recommend getting least 120Hz or 140hz. But of course it will cost a bit more. You can find 85" QLED 120hz for $1300-1500.

It's more of a nice add on. But not for everyone. I for one would use it on the mount in my pickup truck for tailgating.
