I think someone said the solar input on this requires a separate proprietary cable vs whatever the standard input is? Otherwise this looks like a nice power station.

I don't own this one but seriously considered it for a minute. Quickly realized that you would need to buy proprietary cables and adapters for any connectivity other than AC input and standard ports on the unity. This will quickly add up to over a $100 depending on what you want to connect to. Not a good deal unless you already are in their ecosystem via their drones, etc.

Purchased a few days ago when it came with the bag.
Returning the bag makes the unit $300.

This thing is heavy, 32.5lb. Jackery 1000 v2 is the lightest but other equivalent ones are also less than 30lb

Would return the bag to get it for $300 but since it's not shipped by Amazon I don't know how much of a runaround or how long it would take to get that refund back, or if they'll even accept the return for just that. Anyone experienced with this?

I don't remember but the promo in effect, the bag was something like $75. I plan to keep the bag. I have one DJ1000 w/bag and this is going to be my second one w/bag. The bag is pretty nice, just hope it works with the future battery extension.

Ended up jumping on this one. Yes I need to now buy a $59 adapter to use with the 2x200w panel deal, but DJI knows how to make electronics and batteries. The higher surge rating over the others is the ultimate win for me though. Deep Freezer has a startup surge even my 2200watt generator barely handles. After that it just sips power.
