Does this one have app for control like battery soc setting? or it's just a dumb battery?
You'll need the Bluetooth adapter to access smartphone features. The battery is decent for what it is, and I like that it runs quietly. It does require several proprietary adapters for certain functions, but for my use case, I just need a standard outlet. I usually plug in a power strip anyway, so the fact that it only has two 120V ports doesn't bother me.
The Ecoflow is loud af and it's less output. This has 2200W cont. The blueitti is alright too but still less output than the DJI.

Does anyone know if a solar panel from a ecoflow would work on this?

Hard pass, requires a dongle (mppt) to charge via solar. Also requires 600w minimum charge from AC input, which means no car 12v charging... Unless you get another dongle, but then you are limited to 100w charging.

No 12v dc socket? Can't imagine why DJI wouldn't add one. Pass.

Yeah, the DJI Power 1000 can work as a UPS, but with some limitations though...
It does supports pass-through charging, so it can power devices while it's charging. If the power goes out, it switches to battery pretty fast (under 20ms) which is good enough for things like routers, modems, or a basic PC setup.
Keep in mind however, it's not a true UPS like the ones made for sensitive equipment. So if you're using it for something that needs a super quick switch (like medical gear or high-end desktops), it might not be the best fit and I wouldn't recommend it.
For most setups, though, it does the job.

Wish it came with the adapters, but vehicle charging is just a limitation of vehicle wiring. Most 12v DC ports in cars are only rated for 10a. Hence the 10-11 hour charge time with the car dongle. Most built-in vehicle DC to AC inverters are weak too, because they dont want to overload the wiring or over stress the battery and alternator. The only way to get fast charging in a car for a battery like this is with a DC to DC charger connected to the alternator, like RVs use.

Yeah, this is kind of nuts. I was hoping for 12vdc with say, 12amp throughput. So many of them are capped at 10amp and barely hit that or can't keep it up constantly. Makes running a diesel heater off the 12v a pain. For some reason I assumed an electronics prop like DJI would do better.

I don't know about buying battery from this company. I bought phantom 2,3,&4 and they all have batteries that swell up in about a year. I just chucked it up as replaceable parts that I will need to replace in about a year. I don't trust battery from this company. I don't know if they have improved on cells they use but I wouldn't trust it.
