I said Data, not complaint. Data is just information. I was surprised it has IPS. I also TU the deal. Learn the difference. Normally the Dr. posts the data, so thought I would help out for the curious, like myself.

Edit: I now see he did post as IPS, but the FP mod left that out.

It should be really easy. I just bought a 14" ASUS. It has 8GB on motherboard soldered. You can't upgrade that. But it has an empty slot which you can put in another 8GB of DDR4(3200MHz) of laptop memory. I recently bought a random one off eBay for $10 and a new one for a friend from Microcenter for $20. It is easy to do. Hardest part is gently prying/popping the back off after you remove the screws. Keep track of the screws as they are different sizes so put them back from where they came. YouTube is your friend.
