I've had one of these powering my kitchen appliances for the past 2 years with no issues. Although I do own the model with one less outlet in exchange for 4 usb ports [amazon.com].
Quick overview I can find:

ETL: yes, it's the same manufacturer as Mifaso, they're already ETL listed because it's just a rebrand

Center screw: yes

Rotating sockets: no

USB plugs: no

Just a heads up, plugging in a large brick on the sides may keep you from using the front outlets depending on the size of the brick because of the angled sides. It'd be better if they were flat 90 degrees to the front.

I do like that these have the support screw in the middle. The ones I have with the angled sides don't.

Turns out, I have the same ones with the USB ports that you linked. Nice.

No center screw on the ones with 4 USB ports?

I would recommend the following over these every day. USB ports, center screw, and most importantly they set FLUSH with the wall.

Multi Plug Outlet Surge Protector - YISHU 3 Sided Power Strip with 6 AC Outlet Extender and 3 USB Ports (1 USB C), Adapter Spaced Outlet Splitter, ETL Listed, White https://a.co/d/hy3q2wB

Installation Tip: To make this outlet extender fit tight to the wall, remove and discard the old/existing receptacle wall plate before installing this unit. If it's still loose: Remove this extender, tighten the 2 receptacle mounting screws a little bit then re-install the outlet extender.

You should absolutely never plug a heater into anything other than a dedicated electrical outlet. Using anything other than a properly rated outlet to power a heater is extremely dangerous and can lead to serious risks, including electrical fires, overheating, or damage to both the appliance and your electrical system.
