yes. but make sure to get the phonre unlock before cancelling. You need to request unlock requrest at att website as non-att customers.

1. Activate the line/phone.
2. Pay off the device.
3. Put att sim card in different phone.
4. Make sure that device shows up in att account.
5. Request unlock as non-att customer on Att website for new device.

Thank you! Does it matter that I'm having it shipped to me? There isn't anything local to me. Is it 2 days of purchase or 2 days from delivery?

Last time they took 5 days to ship the phone and then charged me for the 5 days as usage. If no pickup option is available you might face the same issue.

Do you know approximately what would be the final price after all the charges and initial payment?

Activation fee is waived if you cancel the line within 3 days. For more info see the wiki of this thread https://slickdeals.net/f/17327499-oneplus-nord-n30-5g-128gb-unlocked-chromatic-gray-cph2513-best-buy-0. You do have to ATT sim swap before you cancel the account to unlock it instantly, detailed directions are in this thread https://slickdeals.net/f/17428848-samsung-galaxy-s23-128gb-phantom-black-at-t-s23-att-349-with-new-account-249?p=170377398#post170377398
