This is a pretty good price if you want headphones that fold. The XM5 doesn't fold and is currently $20 more. These are old models but the tech hasn't really improved much in the last 5 years.

The XM5 for less than $200 would be by far the best price I've ever seen for those. Where are you able to find that?

You won't find any headphones at this price that sound even remotely as good as these.

The XM5 are available refurbished at $199. Much higher new. I have these and they are great, and I'm a headphone snob. This is a nice deal if you are looking for noise cancelling phones with great sound.

My order went through at $178 a half hour ago. They must of had a pricing mistake and changed it to $198 like all the other retailers.

XM4 > XM5, if you care for the opinion of a random person who has had both. Mostly for perceived build quality and comfort. Otherwise the features are the same imo, I returned the XM5 and stuck with my XM4.
