Crazy they are charging more for ones that start with 3000 series when the cheaper ones came with 4070 super and TI.

edit: never mind. Costco has a 4060 with twice the RAM and storage, better warranty. $200 more. Will go that route.

I focus mainly on rtx4070ti for under $900. Ram can be upgraded later. Between 12th Gen Intel and 14th Gen Intel some might prefer 12th Gen for better stability and reliability in a long run

Who cares about the CPU really, not gonna make much of a difference in the range here, specially with games. Other than via user error have never seen a CPU burn out in my life, and I have touched 1000's of them.
Platform and video card are all that really matters.
But yeah, even if you were gonna take a chance anything decent is gone.
