Costco and Nice-Pak Products face a proposed class action lawsuit that alleges fragrance-free Kirkland Signature Baby Wipes are unfit for their intended use since they contain unsafe levels of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), commonly called forever chemicals.
I feel like maybe they're not supposed to be eaten
Valid only today. My local Costco is closed today so will need to buy online.

Scented also on sale for the same price.

Barely under $0.02 per wipe. So not a particularly slick deal. 1.2 -1.5 is ideal for normal pricing. Under $0.01 is pretty slick.

In what world can you still get 900 premium quality wipes for 10 bucks delivered? Or for 7 bucks to qualify as one of your slick deals? How bout they just pay you to deliver a giant box of baby wipes to your doorstep

This stuff is meh.

The Huggies ones are much better.

Huggies has much thicker options but they're also much more expensive and complete overkill unless your kid is blowing out on every diaper change (in which case, see your pediatrician)

Didn't know about this lawsuit, thanks for the info. It seems everything we touch is covered in PFAs thanks to plastic being everywhere. PFAs are even in our water which is even more alarming. Bottled water is full of PFAs, as well as cleaning products, nonstick cookware, shampoo, dental floss, nail polish, and eye makeup. It seems impossible to get a product free of PFAs nowadays. Even if it has just water like these wipes do, it probably has PFAs.

Anyone know if it's a hard limit of 3 per member, or 3 per order?

Kirkland wipes are larger and less prone to breaking than Huggies IMO. I do like Huggies if they are cheaper though.

Kid complained about the Kirkland ones. They were painful. They also have some bitter taste.

No issues with the Huggies.

We empty ours into the Huggies plastic containers (which ironically I can't find anymore !? ) and I usually just splash some water in there to keep them from drying out

We've used these wipes for all 4 kids and love them. I don't like Huggies at all. They always rip when you pull them out of the package! We don't have kids in diapers anymore but we still keep these around.

I feel like even the cheap paper thin wipes don't even get that cheap. Maybe before COVID but I've been buying diaper wipes since the end of 2021 and 1.2-1.5 cents per wipe seems unrealistic.

PFAS AKA forever chemicals found in these. Read about them. And be careful.
