It used to be worth paying more for Landsend products, and maybe it still is for some things. But they've sacrificed quality on many items.
It's a shame Landsend is letting their reputation be destroyed. It takes 10 times as much work to get a new customer as it does to retain a satisfied customer.

I'm finding this the same with most clothing companies. They're getting bought out by VCs and quality goes down.
The flannels, despite being tall sized, are ridiculously short in the sleeves.
The boxers and bathrobe were both used. And covered in human hair.
The scarf is nice.
