Anyone ordered from them before? I've only gotten canvas prints from CVS and Walgreens in the past but these are a better deal

Tried to order from this company early December. They cancelled my order suspecting fraud and told me to reply to an email to reorder. A couple weeks of emailing them and asking for the order to be placed it never was, only resulted in their being unresponsive most of the time and a followup of asking me to request again that I would like to continue the order. There's probably a lot of companies just like them, I'll never try to order again.

I've ordered a few large canvases from them. Two were damaged in shipping and they immediately replaced them. All that I ordered turned out exactly as expected and I'm happy

I've ordered from them. Turned out fine. They are always 80-90% off. Makes it tough to figure out what's a good price, so compare with other stores and search Slickdeals for history of their past deals.

Avoid the add-ons and upsells, just buy some sawtooth hangers on your own or some screw eyes and wire. I did not notice a difference in the laminated finish or "hd ink" for example.

I just ordered from Walgreens a framed canvas photo of my mother. I only got 60% off. So the total was $24. I can pick it up from down the street. I do not need to pay $8 for shipping.

EXTREMELY mediocre customer service - very nearly MIA.

These are made in India and shipped to the US. The quality is *ok* but they upsell you things that should be included, so the final price is never what they bait you with.

Ordered from them once. Good quality. Packaging was good. Took a few weeks to arrive but no complaints on quality or price

I ended up going with a CVS triptych for $150 @ 60% off which came to $60. They mistakenly printed the set twice and gave both to me so I got 6, 11x14 prints for $60

I've ordered from them twice.

Both times the orders came relatively quick. I used images that were at least 5MB and one that was 18MB. The last time I ordered, I got 2 Vincent Van Gogh's done. I think I downloaded them from here https://www.vangoghmuseum.nl/en/collection. All the canvas prints I got the 0.75" frame. and nothing else added. I am happy with the quality. If I decide later to cover in liquid laminate I'll use an air sprayer to apply it.
