I ordered a set to test, but then after reading the 1 star reviews and then online articles, reddit, etc. I'm not risking it. Several common complaints about the quality of the brand and a few reports of damaged batteries.
The specs state 140W, but they are advertised as 240W, so be aware of that. The reviews on Amazon seem pretty fake. The price is good however.
Sketchy stuff.

And if the cable isn't 240w as it claims, it can't be used with the 230w Lenovo Thunderbolt dock that is the only one that'll charge a gaming laptop. I don't think people pay attention to this stuff. To most, a cheap Chinese cable that says it'll do something is good enough even if it doesn't, which is likely.

Well, 140W x 2 = 240W, right?

It's only confusing, not misleading 😉

This is sarcasm right? If not, this is why US ranks last in the universe in math

Both make sure to get a reputable brand that's for iPhone such as anker them other brands will overheat your phone and decrease battery life

I have an Anker cable that some of my devices won't even work with.

I've bought these from Lisen in a few different lengths. The 3.3ft ones work fine, but neither the 6.6ft nor the 10ft properly transmit 100w for my laptop, let alone anything beyond that, which makes me distrust the 3ft as well. I ended up returning them all.

I learned the hard way not to buy cheap cables. It's simply not worth the hassle.

If you want a high quality cable, this Anker one has been flawless.

I would not trust LISEN to be honest about the specifications. I have experience with two different products where they seem to intentionally advertise specifications which they don't support. One was a 15w "MagSafe" charger that was not certified (so it only supported 7.5w on an iPhone). Another was a 2-pack of 60w USB-C car chargers. Which was really a 2-pack of 30w (24w technically) chargers. 2x24=60?
Your high wattage device 240w (or even 140w) is likely too expensive to risk it on these cables.

The one major problem with USB-C is that you can't find a hub that is all or vast majority USB-C, and the systems never seem to have enough USB-C to handle everything.

FYI, the 6 foot cable options aren't able to be bought with the codes, only the purple and the white 3 foot versions.

I tried all the options bc I wanted the 6 foot cables.

Is it just me or it feels very "shilly" right now?

Yeah, super sketchy that a $3 chord doesn't charge a "gaming laptop." I feel like the average person blowing a couple grand on a laptop that justifies a 200w docking station can figure out how to get a better cable.

For the vast majority of people, USB-C is amazing and this cable will be fine and not "overheat your phone".

Yeah, I've bought various cheap cables in the past and now if I'm buying cheap ones, i try to get ones that at least claim some fake wattage on them, but i only use them for phone fast charging. i think if i needed actual 240w for a laptop or whatever, I'd get a better option for more money. What these (albiet sketchy advertised) cables are good for is differentiating from the super cheap cables that won't even fast charge (or sometimes even slow charge) devices... basically i have better luck with fake specd cables to meet minimum specs needed 😁

Don't waste your time. Bought the two pack on a previous deal, both cables are dead. One was DOA.
