Wish this was the PC version. It never drops below $30 there

Yes, I would like to know to regarding FF7 - what game(S) do I need to purchase to experience the complete remake story of the original? I see Intergrade and Rebirth - would both give the complete story? Do they have them in one version/game or is it two separate games (or more)? I would like the remake versions, as I have played the original many times. I have the ps5 pro, so any of games that can take advantage of enhanced graphics or whatnot would be great. Thanks!

This always should have been a DLC add on to the original game and not a completely separate game with DLC like content being the difference. Very greedy

They have nothing left in the bag so they're milking past success. I rather not tarnish my memory from PS1. Confused

If you have the PS4 version, I think it updates to the PS5 version free and you can buy the InterMission DLC separately (since the physical PS5 doesn't have the Intermission DLC on disc/is on a code slip).

Is the DLC also on sale? Was previously $20

So if anyone picks up physical, I think you want to play it offline if you can, to avoid or delay the Tifa patch.

so the physical keeps the cleavage and that's why it's expensive?

Not sure, I can't see what the price is right now since I already have it and it also won't display the price unless you already own the base game. But I'm pretty sure it's been on sale before.

Isn't she in her young teenage days during this part? People being upset over this is... disturbing.

I see no point buying it, if you don't plan to play it right away. Sony, Nintendo do close the eshop library when new consoles release. Only online game library I trust is PC steam right now. Plus you can mod the game, let char try different outfits.

The PC version is the worst to buy. The port was bad and it stutters. Check out Digital Foundry on Youtube.

I'm kinda confushed. I have a PS5 and have never played the original PS1 version of Final Fantasy 7. I would like to get into the universe. What game should I start with? Remake Intergrade? Thanks
FF7 Remake is the first game in the new trilogy, which was released on PS4 originally.
FF7 Remake Intergrade refers to the PS5 port of the game that has graphical and framerate improvements, and it also includes the DLC, Intermission, that follows another character which is meant to be played after finishing the main game.

So this is the version you'd want to play. The game's sequel, FF7 Rebirth, was released on PS5 earlier this year.

If you enjoy the game, I'd also humbly recommend playing the original game, which is available as a download on PS4/5, since there's a lot you'd appreciate more about the new trilogy if you have some knowledge of the original game.

Thx so much for the info. I'll be getting this game and hopefully will play the original as well
