If you're looking for titanium oxide pans, Costco has the green pan three pack for not too much more and it's rated for 600F. So far they haven't had the same high heat issue and I'd recommend those instead

those ones were EXCELLENT quality. i can't speak to these ones, but i don't like what i see.
For hot temp, I use my triclad pans or cast iron or my carbon steel woks.

those ones were EXCELLENT quality. i can't speak to these ones, but i don't like what i see.
Those ones were also not ceramic. They were Teflon, completely different material. I agree though, those are great pans. Had mine for like 5 years now and still going strong.
