I bought two pair recently of the steelseries headsets
Arctis 7 ( xbox edition ~$100 ) and the Arctis Pros (also xbox version ~$250) both off SD here, I ordered the pros because amazon lost my order then found it and delivered it a week later. Not sure how these stack up vs the ones I tried out but if you get an xbox version you can play on p5, pc, etc. The non xbox version will not work with the Xbox wirelessly (there is a switch on the receiver) so in every way the xbox version is more compatible.
I sent the Pros back, while they sounded a little better than the 7's the smart receiver felt finicky and the battery compartment was annoying to access to swap you had to pop off the magnetic cover on the headset and same thing to charge them directly on the other side. I couldn't figure out how to keep the battery in the docking station as well, then read online you insert and press down, it still took me 5-6 tries even knowing what to do ( I might have gotten a defective one ).
The 7's work great for me, I think you can charge and play as well if needed (i've done that with ps5 headset int he past just put a small power bank in my pocket and play lol) so the spare battery isn't a big deal and the run time is plenty.

Do you have a link to the 7 for Xbox? I can't find them for $100.

Unfortunately, Pro and Seven have only one point of contact on the hinges, which can easily break.
