This is a good deal given the performance jump from M3 to M4 and the recent jump to 16GB RAM standard.

I've debated between this or the $1249 M3 Pro at Costco and you really can't go wrong either way.

I got the costco deal but I'm considering this deal as well since I have a $100 MC gift card. I mostly dig the extra battery life the m4 has to offer

The binned M3 Pro is better GPU wise, but the M4 wins in CPU benchmarks. M3 Pro also comes with 2GB more RAM and higher memory bandwidth.

The M4 MacBook Pro has the center-stage camera feature. Probably a bit better battery life than the M3 Pro as well.

Can't go wrong either way at the prices they're at ($1249 vs $1399)

Folks have been able to get BB to price match via chat, by trying over and over. I have a tried a few times and have been shut down pretty instantly every time.
