About this Item:
  • Wyze Robot Vacuum uses an invisible spinning laser (LIDAR) to build an exact map of your home. You can see, edit, and save the map in the Wyze app.
  • Using the map built by the LIDAR sensor, the Wyze Robot Vacuum divides each room into sections and cleans in the most efficient path possible.
  • Specialized sensor groups help the vacuum move around obstacles and detect stairs and walls.
  • The edge-brush sweeps debris towards the center of the vacuum. A high-torque center brush works in tandem with 2100 Pa of suction power to pull up every bit of dust and dirt off your floor.
  • Don't want to move a finger? Just say "Hey Alexa, tell Wyze Robot Vacuum to clean the kitchen."
  • Wyze Robot Vacuum drives itself back to the charging station after it's finished cleaning. If battery runs low during a longer cleaning, it returns right back to where it left off after auto-recharging.
  • Average Battery Time (110 Minutes Standard Mode)

I have 2 of these from last 2 years. Check out my several posts on vacuum threads on this forum.

Long story short, the battery for each unit has degraded considerably. Both vacuums started dying in the middle of cleaning. I have now divided the floor plan into small rooms and I clean each of these "rooms" daily but with an interval for it to fully charge in between. So it will start cleaning at 12 am, then 2.30 am then 5 am and as such. I think I have about 4 of these rooms created.

The second vacuum has degraded quite a bit, to where it cannot even cover 1 large room without breaking it into multiple room parts.

The software, mapping, indicators, notifications are all good... So no complaints there. It's a great vacuum for the price except for the battery and the fact that the software cannot handle a low capacity battery very well..
Also available at Walmart for the same price currently with a 30 day return policy.
If you buy this be warned that Wyze does not sell replacement batteries. After using mine daily for 2 years, mine can no long complete vacuuming a small area and even dies before it can return to the dock. There are third party batteries but I don't trust their advertised capacity and quite a few people say they'll no longer work after 6 months which is similar to my experience with 3rd party dyson vacuum batteries.

I currently have 2 of these and overall have been happy with them. One we have had for about 2 years and the other we purchased over the holidays to replace an old "dumb" robot vac. They run on a schedule, have LiDAR and map the house well, and the most important part they vacuum. Each runs 5 times a week. I do wish they had a sensor to let us know the dust bin was full and a roller that was more pet/ long hair friendly. Also, I have 2 younger children and sometimes they do not detect the toys, Barbie's as an example.

These are really great robot vacuums, not the best, but maybe the best bang for the buck. I've had mine since 2021 and they are still at it with only once in a while cleaning of the roller and brush. Coming from Roomba and Neatos, these are 100 times less needy. Maybe once in a blue moon do they need help, but the norm is job done and back at base charging. The app is great too, easy to define rooms and no-go areas.

I've always liked normal vacuums with at least 10 amps of power. This seems to be 2.23 amps if my math is correct. Will 2.23 amps have enough suck to deep clean carpet?

This was what I was wonder.... my old dumb robots couldn't keep a charge and the daily runs would potentially get the same area 5 times and others none.
If I can tell it to do room 1 on Monday, room 2 on Tuesday, etc... then we might have something.

This is definitely not gonna deep clean a carpet. But mine does great on wood floors and makes the rugs look pretty good.

The battery is removable. They sell replacement batteries on Amazon for around $30.

my samsung jetbot died after warranty period, i guess we are now just rolling a dice and hoping it will work.
I would rather take a chance with cheaper ones than the expensive Samsung...

I will add to the group that I have had two of these for a while now. Decent and want to say I paid about the same at Walmart. Not perfect, but good. The key for me is if you want warranty work done they will not replace it. They will only give you a gift card at a fraction of the price and you have to use it on their worthless website. So if you want to spend $100 on something that you will basically throw away at some point go for it.

Bought one to replace my old i7 Roomba but now it won't fit under the couch. Everything else is great.
