TeamGroup products are known for being cheap and cutting corners. Not much of a savings over well known brands so better to not chance it. Looking at the reviews, way too many people claiming item stopped working very shortly after purchase
thanks, pass for me then.

I have a few of these. Probably the slowest usb3 drive I haveā€¦.. but they do work. I'll put it this way. If you have a Roku tv with an antenna. And want to use live save mode, these drives are too slow to work properly. I have some western digital usb thumb drives that work just fine but these feel like slightly faster than usb 2 write speeds.

I have a 256GB version of this drive. Failed when I used it in my Blink Home security when I initially received it - thought it was issue with Blink App. It failed when I tried to flash an memtest to it. I reformatted with long process, and it has worked without issue since.

No, I've seen multiple Team Group flash drives corrupt data. I would avoid them.

I have used their AX, CX, EX SSDs and the C212 flash drive, no problems so far. Their products are not the fastest, but works for what they are.

I got one of these around one year ago, writing files to the drive is terribly slow, the sustained write speed is 12-13 MB/s, and writing small files is slow because it has low I/O performance. I would strongly recommend not getting this, just wait for something else to go on sale. This is only a good drive if you're going to write data to it one time and then read the data over and over again

I have bought multiple products from this company and nothing lasts. Still clear if you want something for longevity.

The CrystalDiskMark results are quite misleading. That program reports peak results, which leads to many modern drives showing inflated numbers. As you've seen, in practice, it won't sustain anywhere close to those numbers.
