Walgreens would cost double, it's $3 for 5.5oz (which is $0.57/oz) and this deal is $0.27/oz.

basically yes but... 5.5oz is no shells, with shells it is 8oz, so for the same cost it is only 24oz total. So OP deal is still better by $0.10 per oz for them in shells.
