USPS and UPS delivery changes: Here's how it affects P.O Box users - masslive.com [masslive.com]
UPS [masslive.com] recently ended a contract with the United States Postal Service [masslive.com] and delivery changes are coming to some post office box users as a result.
Now, UPS SurePost Packages [ups.com] will be delivered exclusively by UPS drivers and not the U.S. Postal Service as they have in the past, according to the , International Brotherhood of Teamsters which represents UPS delivery drivers.
With the termination of this contract, these customers will have to ship their packages directly to a U.S. location or physical address.
...
For individuals who do not have a valid street address,UPS told NBC 5 their best option is to use a UPS store mailbox.
