Got one, thanks OP. Went to BB to look and this model was much nicer than some of the other sub $500 laptops on display from HP and Lenovo. Screen isn't great but you can't win 'em all, I guess. $254 is a smoking price.

This takes USB C charging and supports external display as well. I am running dell UHD monitor at 3440X1440 resolution at 144hz via dell docking station. if you can find one for open box excellent around $250, this is one of the best deal with upgradeable ram option that you can find in market with relative new 4nm processor .

Assuming you throw additional RAM, it's a pretty capable machine for lightweight graphics with 760m.

$269.23 for me including tax for Open Box Excellent, could pass this up. I was looking for something like this to surf the internet and run Quickbooks out of. Might upgrade the RAM but 8gb might be enough for my purposes. Thanks OP.

Bought one from Dell when it was $450. Good deal then. Even better deal now.

It is performance focused, so if you want something fast and efficient while you can work with the low res low refresh low brightness bad colors reflective screen then there isn't a better computer in this form factor at this price. Though it is also a bit heavy for a 14".

Developers usually wouldn't mind the screen, creators would balk at the bad color coverage.
