I'm not a gamer, but I use it as a monitor, and it's a big upgrade over my 43" ONN
No, seriously it is, the backlighting is even and color is much better. Viewing angles are much better than the ONN as well. The sound is abysmal, but it does have bluetooth so you can add whatever speaker you want wirelessly. Overall, I really like it.
The only knock is I don't like the "Fire" part of this TV. I just don't care for the interface, but since I only use it with my PC it's no big deal.

"Bottom Line (Rtings): "The Toshiba C350 2023 is a mediocre TV overall. Its wide viewing angle makes it a good choice if you're mostly interested in watching shows or sports in a wide seating area. It has decent reflection handling, but it doesn't get very bright, so it can't fight glare from bright lights or windows in a living room or in an office. It has terrible contrast and lacks a wide color gamut, so watching movies or playing games in a dark room is disappointing. With its decent response time and extremely low input lag, it isn't bad for gaming, but it has no extra gaming features."
I guess they didn't like it. They did say it was a good choice for watching shows or sports in a wide seating area. Decent reflection handling, decent response times. The color is good on my 43"C350 I expect the same out of the 75".

I guess they didn't like it. Honestly, it would be an upgrade from what I have, but I think I might regret not picking up something better than the C350 for watching movies. The biggest problem with the Toshiba is supposedly the brightness and contrast. I've been living with an old low end TCL that is horrible with HDR content, so it doesn't sound like the Toshiba would necessarily be an improvement. It's a shame though, because it has great wide viewing angles (being an IPS panel), and $449 for a 75" set is compelling. Does anyone use this for their main set?

I was strongly considering this Sony instead of the Toshiba, but $449...
Sony 75" BRAVIA XR X93L 4K Mini LED HDR Smart Google TV XR75X93L for $1298 including free wall mounting https://www.walmart.com/ip/Sony-7...3199938969
So anyone who wants this should just get the $30-40 geek squad 5 year add in and not worry about it. Not sure why this isn't mentioned more often for lower end electronic deals through BB

If the Toshiba "is" that bad, I can return it, but I have a feeling I'll like it as long as it doesn't have any obvious defects.
