"Switch and get iPhone 16e (128) GB for $299.99 on any new Verizon Prepaid Unlimited phone plan. Plus, get $300 in credits over 12 most."
This deal is similar to the Total and Straight Talk deals in the sense that the phone is priced at about $300 at the time of purchase, and also has the option of receiving $25/month for 12 months. Requires port in.
Verizon's prepaid Unlimited plan is $60/month ($50 after autopay), and Verizon's prepaid Unlimited Plus plan is $70/month ($60 after autopay).
Offer states that it ends on 3/27/25 "at Verizon stores" (probably consider going to a corporate store, even though the web page does not specify) and 4/7/25 online, or while supplies last.
Plus taxes and fees.

If someone was wanting to get the iPhone 16e, and
- Had good Verizon coverage in their area
- Was willing to sign up for Auto Pay
- Didn't need much hot spot data
- Wanted unlimited data
- Might be ok with deprioritized data
Then after the first month of service, you would have a phone for $300 and 12 months of service at $25 or $35 (plus taxes and fees on probably the original prices of $60 or $70).
Or could walk away after one month and have the phone unlock at 60 days.
Not the worst deal, probably not the best, but approximately on par with Straight Talk and Total. As well as Metro but with Metro the phone unlocks at 12 months (per their official policy).

I was considering switching to VZW because of data prioritization. My understanding is that all prepaid plans are de-prioritized. I believe the lowest tier contract plan ("Unlimited Welcome") is de-prioritized as well.
Since you have the prepaid unlimited plan, do you know if your data is prioritized or deprioritized?
I can't find the port in option for $25/month
I'm honestly not sure. I'm on Total Wireless currently and just went though the same with their version. I assume they care more about poaching prepaid users more than maintaining their own.
