Amazon has exclusive deals with them so maybe they are filled less than regularly.
At this point I also don't understand why Sensodyne doesn't just put novamin back in, because I thought the whole hoopla is that you can't advertise enamel repair without actually having the "repair" ingredient in or some other FDA regulatory randomness.
