When it was time to replace my Triumph 20s, I went with the Ride 17s instead of the Triumph 22s. They were a more suitable successor in terms of foam type (PWR+), stack, drop, and overall feel, and I've been quite happy with them.

Mediocre. If you wait long enough, these can generally be found for sub 50.

I bought a wide on the 20s and regular. Stack height on the wide lower than the regular, less bounce but still comfortable.

I remember getting Triumphs for around $40 about 5 years ago. THAT was a slick deal. Not sure when $80+ became the new normal.

Yeah we should stop buying and they'll have to lower prices

Good info. Thanks for sharing. I still have at least a couple hundred miles left on my beloved Triumph 21s but, like you, I've heard the 22s are completely different. I guess the Ride will be my next shoe.

If you like the max cushion, try NB x more, I got on a previous SD 2/$100 and I prefer them to my triumph (I think Triumph 20)
