Both Point Break and Timecop are movies anywhere compatible also none of these are available in 4k at this time but if any of them do eventually become available in 4K yes they will upgrade automatically

Sorry but they are not MA, even Point Break (it is another more recent movie sharing the same name), or Timecop.

Funny because I'm looking at my movies anywhere app and both point break (1991) and timecop are available in my library that I purchased
So I don't know where you're getting information from but you are incorrect
(And yes also the point break 2015 version is available on movies anywhere but it's not a part of this bundle)
Check your facts before you argue with someone

False, I bought the bundle from Apple TV yesterday night and both movies Point Break or Timecop movies are not showing at my MA collection library yet.

Usually, it only takes a minute later after the purchase that both libraries will show up in my collections.

Also, both movies are still listed as HD movies at my Apple TV library.

MA can be very wonky at times
When pretty woman just recently upgraded to 4K on iTunes it did not upgrade on any of the other retailers even though it is an MA title and it should have

Also as I stated above none of these four titles are currently 4K they are HD only

You are wrong here on both counts. Movie licensing keeps changing and they can move to different studios which may/may not be MA compatible.
NONE of these 4 movies are MA compatible right now and will not port. They may have been earlier when you purchased, so will continue to show in your library in that case.
Regarding later 4K upgrades, iTunes upgrades to 4K which happen later after your purchase stay within iTunes. They do not get ported to other services. If you get 4K in iiTunes at the time of purchase itself and it is an MA title, then the 4K rights port to MA and others.

The method that should always work is searching for the movie in Movies Anywhere. If it appears there (Point Break and Timecop do) then they are MA compatible. At the moment none of these movies are 4K , but if they ever become 4K , iTunes will automatically upgrade. Another BUT , they will NOT port 4K to MA if it's not 4K now.

I think you're too quick to accuse someone else for being wrong. Your 2nd point is correct BUT saying none of the 4 movies are MA compatible is NOT accurate. Both Point Break and Timecop are Warner Bros. titles and do port as indicated by a couple people here already. Problem is MA syncing/porting does not always function as it should. For me Timecop didn't port while Point Break did.
