Apple upgrades. This is why people prefer the apple deals

Sorry but they are not MA, even Point Break (it is another more recent movie sharing the same name), or Timecop.
Funny because I'm looking at my movies anywhere app and both point break (1991) and timecop are available in my library that I purchased
So I don't know where you're getting information from but you are incorrect
(And yes also the point break 2015 version is available on movies anywhere but it's not a part of this bundle)
Check your facts before you argue with someone
Usually, it only takes a minute later after the purchase that both libraries will show up in my collections.
Also, both movies are still listed as HD movies at my Apple TV library.

MA can be very wonky at times
When pretty woman just recently upgraded to 4K on iTunes it did not upgrade on any of the other retailers even though it is an MA title and it should have
Also as I stated above none of these four titles are currently 4K they are HD only
NONE of these 4 movies are MA compatible right now and will not port. They may have been earlier when you purchased, so will continue to show in your library in that case.
Regarding later 4K upgrades, iTunes upgrades to 4K which happen later after your purchase stay within iTunes. They do not get ported to other services. If you get 4K in iiTunes at the time of purchase itself and it is an MA title, then the 4K rights port to MA and others.

Sorry but not only did Time Cop and Point Break not port to MA for me (and others), they do not come up when searching MA's own website.
As others have stated, perhaps you had them port previously or maybe you are located outside the US. I have searched for both movies on MA on different days with the same results.
Thank you for confirming what I was saying
That's what I meant when I said MA can be wonky. The syncing on mine can be very hit or miss.

As stated by someone else above these are Warner Bros titles and they are MA compatible
And yes I am located in the United States
Maybe yours and others are having the same issues I have sporadically with MA not syncing correctly
