I would disregard the replies to this. Powercards are like debit cards with D&B currency - 'chips'. With this offer, you are basically purchasing a $100 GC for $65. You need to go to a desk or kiosk to have this redeemed & loaded onto a Powercard as 'chips'.

The fine print is misleading because you just can't redeem this GC offer on Wednesdays because the half price promo is going on. You would have to go any other day, redeem the GC and you can use it any day/any time, including Wednesdays, without issue. It just turns this $ into D&B currency.
Half off is the better deal, but the best of course is to get the credits at a better price any other day and then play for half on a Wednesday. They do not change how many chips is on your card or the price of just buying chips straight up, just the chip cost of the games on Wednesday. So if you can, do both. If you can only do one (like it's too long of a drive), go on a Wednesday.

If you have a Costco membership, you can get a $100 gift card for $80, and it's email delivery so no warehouse involved. Gift cards can be used no problem on Wednesdays and you just buy chips like usual. It's just that you paid $80 for it rather than a full $100.
I can advise you that at my D&B, you cannot redeem a promotion like this on a Wednesday. They will not allow it.

I have never been to Dave & Buster's, but we are planning on going there on an upcoming Wednesday, which is half off games at my local Dave and Buster's, so does this preclude me from getting this deal since half off is actually a better deal?

Please advise.

I think you need the card regardless. So it either means the cost per game is half off at the machines or the cost of the card is half off. Try to verify how they are doing it.

Well, the half off Wednesday promotion does say not valid with any other offer, so.....

I assume you have to reload at the front desk instead of on a machine?

It says offer expires 4/30, is that mean you have until then to buy it or to use it? Can I buy now and use in May?

Wow I had no idea the prices for chips were different at different locations. It's wild to me that they don't keep the chip prices the same and just vary how much each game costs across locations…I'm at a tier 1 location now. I guess I should stock up before the price increases

Does playing pool take chips or do you pay separately for that?
