These are sold by buydig not walmart. Buydig are authorized dealers but this has cps warranty, I've heard cps sucks tho.
I don't have much confidence in Walmart's restored products, especially TVs (past bad experience). Feels like damaged items might just get sent out again after customer returns a broken item, and Walmart just could be making money on shipping insurance from this cycle.
That's not new. If you read the description... it's Refurbished - Excellent.

Hi,
This is Factory Refurbished. Walmart Restored is Walmart standing behind the sale and providing customer assurance that Walmart has the customers back with extra assurances like a longer return policy, similar to Amazon's A-Z Guarantee.

I bet these have bad DSE. I had one with bad DSE, it was good otherwise. I'm not paying a premium for Sony if it has DSE issues.

Three benefits, its $200 cheaper and has a 2 year warranty. Also you can just bring back to Walmart, no fighting w/ Amazon or other etailer.

I typically buy all my TVs 1-2 years old and with good warranty. I still have 2 plasma in operation that are both over 10 years old, and my main TV just ticked on 8 years. All refurb.

Not sure what you grade as enough savings but for like new and a stronger warranty 25% savings is pretty good these days.

I laugh at Amazon now on their "used" stuff. Brand new $200, used Ok $197.

This is a mid-level good for the kids room/bar quality, the panel and lighting are not top tier so if you are expecting $2000 quality for $600 then there is a mismatch.

Took the gamble and ordered… just hoping it gets here without a cracked screen.
