Any 0% apr period on this?
Will they treat a tax payment at pay1040 as a cash advance? Most credit card vendors treat it as a purchase.

Same here.. Is there any option for who just opened some days back?
You must wait 48 months since your last sign up bonus. I downgraded my card yesterday and the rep said to wait 57 days but "it could also be much shorter from previous experience"
