Historically, in the beginning, the referral offer is less than the promotional offer, and for 10K IDK if it's worth risking by applying and asking for a match. But maybe worth waiting a month

Having said that, if you're caring at all about APR, shouldn't really be signing up for another credit card.
I am thinking to pay my tax using a new credit card with 0% APR, cheaper than paying tax through installments.

I have 846 fico score and opened like two credit cards over the last couple months.
Any suggestions to get them to reconsider?
