Found this 3-piece tool kit in the regular tool aisle with other pliers at my local Depot (Union/Vaux Hall NJ). Over 1,100 of the roughly 1,500 reviews were 5-star.
Clearly has yellow label for clearance selling price of $19. It was not displayed among the normal hanging items, but on a "clip rack" on one of the support columns. I saw 4 units left.
I have not opened the package yet, but the lineman's plier feels hefty and I would guess runs at least what I just paid for this 3-piece kit. The electrician's screwdriver appears to have interchangeable tips, which I think will be quite useful.

This version doesn't have a Torx bit, it has what Milwaukee calls an ECX bit, which is a combo of square drive and straight blade. It is especially useful for conduit fittings.
