I just received mine from eBay and you'd never know it was refurbished. Looked brand new and came in its retail box.

I paid an extra 40 for the warranty on Ebay but in retrospect 60 bucks more for this a much better deal.

The L40 has a much more powerful vacuum, 11000 Pa vs 5300 Pa.

I have a Roborock QRevo and while I mostly love it, the weaker vacuum (5500 Pa) performs noticeably worse at picking up carpet lint etc. than my old iRobot.

I got mine overnighted and got to play with it over the weekend. The box was a little beat up but the bot looked brand new and all components. The vacuum/mopping is great for my space on second floor so considering a second one for first floor. The mop is so worth it if you have pets or heavy traffic area. No regrets and it's better than the Roborock q5 pro that I got not that long ago and they were both pretty much the same price. The dreame is way better!
