Electrical code reference if anyone needs it.

Don't take my advice, or anyone else's. We're all strangers on the internet. Do your due diligence and confirm the info yourself. Your garage/home/family/life are at stake when working with electricity. That's why the National Electrical Code is developed and published by the National Fire Protection Association.

Does it show as clearance online for your store or B&M only?

Thinking of running 240 circuit to my garage. 100 amp for some future proofing. Or 200 amp for some pipe dreams. About 50 feet at most needed per conductor.

Which should/would I order?

red 10awg thhn for .12/ft, got 200' for 25 hell of a deal; thank you. Also saw coax for like .03/ft and cheap lamp and thermostat 18awg. All prices showing up on the site for local Lowes. Most of the stuff was out of stock.

Absolutely not. They just need #6 for a 100amp sub panel @ 50'.
If I'm reading the blow chart correctly, #6 isn't enough for 100 amp.

Do these sound right?

For 100 Amp: https://www.lowes.com/pd/1-0-1-0-...5002973541 $5.51 a foot

For 200 Amp: 3x https://www.lowes.com/pd/Southwir...t/50101590 ($4.47 a foot), Ground https://www.lowes.com/pd/4-Gauge-...ot/3345460 Total $6.46 a foot, $5.86 for 200+ feet

or for 200 Amp: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Southwir...ot/3129327 ($3.63 a foot), Ground https://www.lowes.com/pd/4-Gauge-...ot/3345460 $5.62 a foot, $5.02 for 200+ feet

200 Amp option 2 is essentially cheaper than both above, but is aluminum and thicker.

Thanks OP!
I bought 8AWG THHN/THWN-2 for a few future projects. Electric to shed, garage for EV, and hot tub. Looking to run 50amp on these using the 75c ratings. Might be enough left for some future solar work but can only plan so much. Huge savings.

I've been buying clearance wire from Lowe's since last June or July. I got my entire house plus a ton extra 75% off. Best deal was the 12/2/2 which I paid 67 bucks for 250ft. Think I got 2500 ft total of that.

You would have to run a pvc Conduit to the light. If the light is led, and the distance is not too far from the panel 14 awg should be more than good enough.

OP noted UF-B, 14/3 and 12/3... obviously don't need the third wire for a light, but at the price, who cares just cap it off.
these aren't on sale at my local store though.
