Was at my local Lowes for something and saw this kit on deep discount. Shows full price online, so if you're heading to Lowes check to see if it's on clearance at your location too. I think a 5AH battery, fan, and charger for ~$60 is a pretty slick deal.

I have the older, hybrid fan with 110V and 20V. I love it. They're better than the Ryobi fan because those only have 3 settings, but the DeWalt has a potentiometer dial for the speed.

Got 3 of these the last time home depot clearance them at 50 for the fan and I 3a battery. LOVE these things for camping, baseball games, basically anywhere outside when its hot. I even bring two to my kids baseball game and hang them on the fence so the kids can cool off between innings

I paid 70 for just the fan and consider that a decent price (was the old version with a plug in option). This is definitely a steal. Good luck if you can find one.

This thing is great for keeping mosquitoes off you when sitting outside in the Midwest summer. Battery last a long time in it. I have even taken it golfing and hung it from the top of the golf cart

Yes, it was many years ago, now. Yes, that model could be plugged it, but this one has quite a bit more CFM.

Looks like a no name brand I bought a month ago for $29 ... and that one comes with a light and has a potentiometer. No battery ans seperate charger, but plug it up I guess?

I got one at this price a few weeks ago. It will show the clearance price online and how many but you have to change the store and check each one. Only one store had this deal when I got mine.
