As for the price,i think it will be the same or just a tad more than the s9fe.
I'm no iPad fan (don't own one) but ain't now way this is worth $400, or even $300! If you can't get S9, then get base iPad.

Or just get a Pixel Tablet. If you have all your media on the play store it still has a flagship class CPU and LCD comparable to the base model iPad. Though this still has the microSD slot advantage it doesn't seem like a competitive price, especially if you were lucky enough to get that one for around $150 in December.
Or go slow and get an A9+ for $20. It still has a jack and microSD slot though the screen is a bit more washed out and blue tinted. OnePlus Pad 2 is also a good option on sale.

Interesting. What have you used it for? After owning the S7+, the s9 fe seemed like a decent set, if only the price comes down. (Not to replace mine, more for a kids tablet.)
