One big caveat: this one is actually sold by Apple as well which means you don't have to worry about it burning your house down or screwing up your battery.
Bought this last time it was on sale. Almost didn't because of all the people saying it was slow charging for Apple Watch.
The thing charges my 13pro max and ultra 2 Apple Watch fast as heck. Can put both on basically dead and be nearly full in an hour. I guess the truly fast stuff must be reallllly fast, but can't really imagine this not being fast enough for almost everyone
You can limit charging % in the battery settings

3 in 1 charging and portability for traveling is the convenience you pay for.
something similar [amazon.com] cost $20 and even more compact.

I haven't tried that one you listed nor can I find the charging speeds immediately, but the reviews look pretty good for it. This is another that's under $20 & frequently goes on sale for $10. The charging speeds aren't as high as the Anker, but pretty decent for overnight charging etc. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CYX6P3H8

Grabbed one of these in store about 2 weeks ago (at this price, in San Diego CA). It's surprisingly hefty -- a great choice for a nightstand, nice and stable and doesn't scoot around too much as you take the phone off the magnetic mount, but the weight makes it less attractive for travel. The brick that it came with is marked for 5V @ 3A or 20V @ 2A -- haven't checked what voltage the stand itself is pulling down, so IDK if it's working with a 15W budget or a 40W one.

The "Airpod" charger is just a second qi pad, so it should work with any charging case or device that can fit on it, though some very-bulky ones might struggle to get the right coil alignment -- the flip-up arm for the phone doesn't even go all the way to 90.

There's also I believe one light, a blue LED, on the back of the unit that turns on... sometimes? If it was casting on a visible wall in a very dark room it might be something that bothers some, but I feel like I've only noticed it when I first plant my airpods case down and it initiates charging, and it wasn't enough to bother me. Easy tape fix if it became a problem, though.

Overall, well-built, construction feels reasonably solid, and the functionality and compact form-factor strikes a good balance to me. For a nightstand application, I can give it a strong recommend. If you need ultra-fast charging, or want to travel with it, I can imagine wanting to go to a different unit.

This thing is solid. I keep it on my nightstand and it's perfect for charging my phone and watch through the night. Bought it for $60 a while back so at this price it's a nice buy.

From one of the photos, the power output is 7.5w/5w/2.5w for the three pads, phone/airpod/watch respectively. The charger in this is post is twice as fast for phone and watch.

Your comment is big because more and more production is getting lazy and it's affecting electrical heaters power supplys and other electronics. It's a good time to stick the overprice over an engineered heaters and adapters. Apple doesn't wanna get sued so you know they're gonna be pretty damn safe.

if you need the faster speed, definitely pay $50. If you mainly charge it over night, $20 is good enough.

If this product was also a power bank with the heavy battery cells at the bottom of this cube for elegant bottom heavy stability, it would be a masterpiece.

Is this the same one on Amazon that is listed for 129.99?
No, but according to comments on Reddit it's functionally the same.

Wife has this one. I have the Belkin 3-in-1 from Costco.

She prefers hers because it's more compact, but she sometimes struggles a bit to get the magnetic grip locked (otterbox commuter case; she has AirPods so has to tilt the phone charger rather than lay phone flat).

Mine is a little bigger but the magnetic grip is much stronger.

No complaints about charging speed of either one.
