It's been sub-$1099 multiple times.
Also you've just copy pasted the entire thing from the previous thread which includes the false price of $1075 in title, when it's actually $1199.

The 32 gb is the perfect laptop for me. It run EVERYTHING I have thrown at it. I will say it runs hot as hell if you are pushing graphics, but I solved with: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09FJ96...title
Things I love:
Size - this thing is perfect size and weight to both give the feeling of quality but also not too heavy. Even with the very large cooling fan, it's incredibly light, which is appreciated when I'm using it sitting on a couch or chair.
Keyboard is really comfortable for me to type on for such a small laptop.
Screen - it's beautiful and I can't tell you how much its changed how I look at screens for different games. In a FPS game this has improved my game considerably not playing on such a giant screen.
Battery life is terrific for general use. Gaming, as with every machine I have ever had, uses the battery too quickly for all day. I've used this all day for work and school and haven't had an issue with battery life.
I love the dual charge. You can charge with the standard block, but can also charge with a USBC, which I'm doing right now as I write this.
I don't have any cons. It was one of the easiest and quickest setups I've used, didn't have a crap ton of bloatware to get rid of, and the speed is excellent for blazing through the process. Maybe the only concern I have is the light colored keys becoming discolored over time, but that's the extent of it.
I would be worried about the 16 gb for anyone needing to really use this machine. I mean anything beyond word processing, excel, and internet surfing might find a challenge with the 16gb version. Other than that, the stats are excellent...and again the screen is brilliant.
I bought my 32gb from Best Buy brand new first, then they had an open box excellent for 250 less, so I took the new one back and got the open box. It was perfect, but then they offered the 32 at 1750 and the open box at 1500 ish, so I went back to get an adjustment (one week later) and they were being dicks about it, so I returned it and bought another open box excellent.
In their fine print, Best Buy doesn't do price matching for bundled items. This is their corporate system getting in the way, and not the employees per say. Hence why the reps most likely offered you to return and repurchase the thing. Ask me how I know about the mess for the $1,099 (second lowest) to $1,075 (lowest) pricing in Feb. 2025.

Also, did you get to play around with gaming on the 4060, 16 GB RAM model? There're fewer videos about this variant online, but they seem to run well enough for 16 GB required games like Marvel Rivals and Hogwarts. At least, if one were to keep this model for at least 3 years for the latest games. I just imagine putting the settings down and balancing other programs.

With tariffs potentially on the horizon, I picked up a MacBook Air instead for $1,250 (24GB RAM, 512GB SSD), price-matched through Micro Center. I mainly wanted it for AI workloads and light, quiet productivity. Gaming on a laptop just isn't for me anymore. I've been planning to grab a ROG Ally or maybe the Switch 2 down the line for portable gaming. For now, I've been streaming games from my desktop, which has a 3080, and that's been working well.
Seeing this G14 back at $1,199 kind of stings, I probably would've picked it up again at that price. I'm considering returning the MacBook and going for it, but I'm also wondering: would I risk being flagged as a frequent returner?
My main use is just internet surfing and 4K rips. I'll use Handbrake to compress some files. Is there any reason I would need more than 16GB?
I'm guessing a newer laptop is going to be faster regardless since it's an ancient laptop.
