SecondipityVideo Review [youtu.be]

Specs:
  • 7" Full HD (1920x1080) 450-nits 60Hz IPS touchscreen display (16:9 ratio)
  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G Octa-core CPU
  • 64 GB internal storage
  • microSD Card Expansion Slot
  • Stereo speakers
  • Dual microphones w/ echo canceling & noise suppression
  • 3.5mm stereo headphone/headset jack
  • Dual-Band 802.11ac WiFi MIMO (2x2) + Bluetooth 5.1
  • USB-C port w/ video-out support (*must update to latest firmware via WiFi)
  • 23.1 WHr Rechargeable Battery
  • Android 11 Operating System
  • Manufacturer's webpage [logitechg.com]
  • Tip: If trying out PS2 emulation on this device, it is recommended to use a recent-ish build of NetherSX2 Android .apk vs. using AetherSX2 (which is no longer in development). NetherSX2 tends to yield better performance results overall in the limited amount of PS2 titles that this device is capable of running smoothly (at 1x PS2 native resolution).

My son got this device as a christmas present and I'm actually quite impressed, especially at this price point. It's fairly robust, can play everything we've thrown at it (mostly N64 and below) from an emulation perspective, can play xbox cloud games and, obviously, Google Play Store games. It's comfortable and the battery lasts a long time (we've taken multiple 6+ hour flights and IIRC the battery was still above 50% afterwards). It's obviously not competition for the Steam Deck, nor is it as portable as other similar devices, but it's comfortable in the hand and very versatile.

Wow, that is a great price for a great device that can stream Xbox and PlayStation and PC, and can emulate up to PS2 games

This is a good deal. Good ergonomics and nice screen for not being OLED. Still getting updated and can play up to DS/PSP w/some PS2 YMMV. Just wish my left stick didn't develop drift.

Probably better to buy a game controller for your cellphone, which is most likely more powerful than this for emulation purposes. I thought this was PC that can play PC games, but it's just Android 11 (with no further security updates?) device with controllers permanently attached.
You're really buying this for the game streaming and long battery life.

Yeah I think sub-$100 is the sweet spot for this.

Not sure where your PC is but this allows me stream from anywhere in the house that's comfortable.. in bed, on the couch, on the crapper, etc.

Came in just the original tray insert from Logitech without the outer sleeve but was packaged well. Device was in mint condition with no obvious signs of use.

Edit: Sorry, meant to quote the guy you replied to.

Can't you stream using the app on the phones? Is it device specific?

I bought a refurb, admittedly 15 months ago, and it arrived like new. I gave it to my six year old after equipping it with a rubber protective sleeve. It still looks new when I wipe the boy's snot off of it, which is indicative of a decent level of build quality.

Snark aside, these are sturdy, as most Logitech is. It's not the perfect device and has been an odd fit in the market but if you want to stream or emulate or android game they do well.

I like to read the seller name as second pity, because you end up with second hand pity for anyone who bought one of these dumb things
