Got a merchant offer on both my and my partner's Citi cards (AA MileUp and Double Cash, respectively) for $50 back on $65 spent on "the purchase of a new AT&T wireless plan." Figured it would only trigger on cell plans, but it worked (at least once so far, on my MileUp) on fiber internet, and on an old plan at that! If you've already paid your bill, you can just put an additional $65 into your balance to trigger the offer.
YMMV, of course, but offers the possibility for a good amount of free money

Ha, saw this offer and was just wondering about that, I'm paid up for months on Amex and US bank offers. Will add this into the bucket, thanks for the info!

Glad to help! And whoa, what US Bank/Amex offers? Have multiple of each card and no other similar offers for me

US bank expired about a month ago.
I'm surprised you dont have the Amex ones, those kept appearing on my cards each cycle until I finally switched over to AT&T Fiber and used them recently. was 40 back on 55, had to use thier link to make sure it went through, but then similar to your deal you could just go to your account and drop in 55 and it would credit you.
IIRC, it worked for me on my postpaid plan last time it came around.
Plus, I spotted a $4 off $5 or more for Kindle books, and it includes a Kindle Unlimited membership, which I only occasionally get, so that'll push me to get KU when summer vacation starts and I'll want to binge with my Kindle for a bit...
I have a zero balance, but I had the offer on my card and slapped $65 on there for next month. Would be great to save $50, but no harm if it doesn't work. Thanks for the heads up!

Ah yeah, I think I may have actually had that one like a year ago and it did surprisingly work! Just been a while
