Up well. They're one of those companies that think their poop don't stink and we should be honored to wear their stuff. They position themselves as a trendy premium company and their clothes prices reflect that.

with the words "SWISS ENGINEERING" stamped or printed on various areas of the shoes, you know you got some really expensive propaganda shidt kickers

different series varies significantly from one to another. this is only a deal if you have tried, and know what works best for you.
I would say that's true for pretty much all the shoe brands. i don't think i had any success buying a shoe online without first trying it out in person.

I would have to agree but with the one caveat being that there's definitely a range of different materials and designs in their shoes so quality varies from model to model. I have the Cloud X 3 AD and that look and feel like they're designed as a lightweight shoe but it's so lightweight that the construction didn't hold up and they are impossible to clean because of the hard mesh material used in the upper.
If I were to buy On's again, I would probably only buy a "beefier" pair to really feel like I got my $100+ worth.

I can speak in experience. My ON shoes I had for about 2 months started squeaking. Never buying another pair. Going back to HOKA.
The ones that break are probably made in USA.

With that being said, I am loyal to Brooks. They have gone above and beyond with customer service and their shoes are WAY more comfortable and never squeak. Much better options out there but I get that the "cloud" soles look cool and provide an interesting foot feel. I even tested them several times at a running event and was impressed but the noise is annoying.
