The only one I readily recognize is Red Heat. And while it has Arnold Schwarzenegger and James Beluchi, (and a non bald Lawrence Fishburne), not really the best from the era.

Basically anything with Bruce Willis after Live Free or Die Hard was bad, and we have two such turds here. Its a good "treadmill watch" collection however, so I'll bite.
I didn't see any instant upgrades with my purchase. I'll update this comment if any of my licenses are upgraded.
